THE POLICY OF CAMPUS FITNESS

Campus Fitness is operated by Campus Fitness Ltd. (4028 Debrecen, Kassai str. 26.)

 

The purpose of the policy is determine for all guests and members in Campus Fitness (whose are using our services) how to behave and all the basic rules that are indispensable to make high quality services.

Furthermore it specifies the proper use, the preservation of consistence and the safely operation of Campus Fitness which are not settled in any other rules. 

BASIC RULES

All equipment must be used in the manner for which it is designed. If equipment is used in any other way, it may cause injury to the participant and others in the area.

  • No food or beverages allowed in the fitness center.

  • The possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs (steroids, inhibitors, etc.) is prohibited. The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco is also prohibited. 

  • Profane or indecent language is inappropriate.

  • Animals are not permitted in the building.

  • All advertising materials must be approved by Campus Fitness.

Only Fitness Center instructors are allowed to provide instruction on exercise technique or equipment preparation and adjustments.

You must use our services during opening hours.

Hours of Operation for Fitness Center
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.

We ask  members to be out of the facility by the designated closing time.

Violators will be required to leave the facility and may be subject to disciplinary action and/or payment for damages.

Campus Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Store and secure personal items in day lockers.

Items found should be turned in to the Reception.

All facilities must be used at your own risk.

Participants must dress appropriately to maintain a sanitary environment and to protect upholstery on equipment.

Fitness Center participants should report all equipment malfunctions, personal injuries and specific concerns immediately to the Reception.

Must report all usage problems and facility damage to Reception.

In the event of an emergency within the fitness center, notify the reception immediately.

RECEPTION

The Fitness Center is a controlled access facility.  Only authorized users are permitted entry and must enter and exit through the Reception. 

At the first time guests must register at the Fitness Center Reception and sign a waiver form that you agree with the Fitness Center’s Policy. You must agree to be in a photo-file.

Lockers are available in the men’s and women’s dressing rooms.

Users are responsible for equipment checked out in their name. Fees will be charged for lost and/or damaged equipment (locker, key, towel).

You must pay before using our services.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

DRESSING ROOM

You must wear slippers in the dressing room and int he shower.

Campus Fitness is not responsible for any items left unattended inside the locker rooms. You must rent a locker at the Reception.

Hangers are not to be taken from the Dressing Room. 

Remove all litter and debris from your locker before you leave.

Must report all usage problems and facility damage to Reception.

FITNESS CENTER

All guests must be 14 years of age or older.

No beverages allowed in the fitness center with the exception of plastic bottles.

Appropriate attire (sport shoes, T-shirt, short) is necessary to gain access to the Fitness Center.    

No wearing sandals, slippers or barefooted allowed.

 

No street shoes allowed!

 

All facilities must be used at your own risk.

The facility must be left in the same condition in which it was found.

Members and guests must use towels.
